Changes in body composition like muscle gain,fat loss or body toning is a result of adaptation to favourable stress placed on the body .If the body is stressed within its capacity then there will be no change in fitness or body composition .If a stress of 10% to 20% above the body’s capacity is placed only then the body will adapt so that it can counteract the stress in the next sessions.However stressing the body beyond 20% of its capacity will have an adverse effect on the body which can cause prolonged body soreness and joint pain,disturbed sleep and loss of energy.

Training the body with the same level of progressive stress will also cause staleness and plateau of the results.A carefully planned workout program with intense workout sessions and active rest periods like the on-season and off-season training of bodybuilders will give guaranteed results.Our personal trainers are known professionals who have been able to train the clients to this thin line of controlled stress and get the clients their desired but realistic results.

Course curriculum

  • Suspension training(TRX or Rip60) – preferred for weightloss,muscle gain ,body toning and athletic skills
  • Resistance training – preferred for muscle gain, fatloss and body toning
  • Functional training – preffered for body toning and athletic skills
  • Dance Aerobics(zumba,Bollywood dance) – preferred for weight loss
  • Core(Abs and lower back) training with pilates - preffered for body toning
  • Power yoga – preffered for weight loss ,fatloss and body toning
  • Kickboxing – preffered for weightloss and body toning
  • Kettelbell training – suitable for body toning ,weightloss

Our Programmes


Weight loss programme – 3 to 6 months duration
Bodybuilding programme – 3 months to 1 year duration
Body toning programme – 1 to 6 months duration
Weight gain programme - 3 to 6 months
